Testimonials
Janine
Well, I finished my remedy on Tuesday and what can I say the last two weeks have been interesting in a positive way!Since taking the remedy that you created I feel that I have gotten my groove back again. It’s interesting as two people in two separate occasions in the last week and a half have commented on my face and that I look lighter and happier. That shocked me a bit so clearly I was holding onto quite a few emotions.

I took my son (14 years) to see Kathryn after I was sensing he was feeling increasingly frustrated about his recent football trials as well as dealing with an ongoing knee injury. Kathryn’s knowledge of the Bach Flowers system was impressive, and she explained how each remedy works to address specific emotional imbalances and how my son might be experiencing and feeling that. Over the following weeks, there was noticeable improvement in my son’s overall mood and resilience to stress and injuries. I highly recommend Kathryn’s sessions for anyone interested in exploring Bach Flower remedies and how they help all sorts of mental/emotion and physical issues.

I decided to try Bach Flower remedies when I didn't know what to do. My daughter (10 years) was experiencing some anxiety along with some friendship issues at school. From the moment we entered Kathryn's practice, we felt a warm and inviting atmosphere. Kathryn took the time to listen to my daughter's concerns and asked questions that helped her speak about her emotions. After the session, we received a personalised Bach Flower blend. It was easy to administer, and my daughter didn't mind taking it at all. The results have been great. Within a few weeks, I noticed a significant decrease in her anxiety levels and the friendship issues were never mentioned again! There was a definite and obvious shift. I would highly recommend Kathryn and Bach Flower remedies for any parent looking to support their child's emotional wellbeing.
