HEALING
The Emotion Code is a powerful way to heal emotional wounds and blocks, and clear the 'emotional baggage' we can carry around. It's an energy healing and balancing technique that uncovers root causes of discomfort, issues, and concerns in the body and spirit.
Releasing trapped emotions allows the body to heal and for us to reach our goals. Problems become more manageable and can be resolved. This frees us to find more happiness, health and abundance in our lives.



What are trapped emotions and why do emotions get trapped?
Emotions from negative or emotionally-charged events (big and small) can get trapped in our bodies and stay there. These stuck emotions can be old traumas, a past hurt, or inherited.
This invisible emotional energy causes discomfort, imbalance, pain, and disease. It can also cause a heavy emotional toll and impact how we think, feel, and the choices we make.
It's completely natural to have trapped emotions. Most people have many layers of trapped emotions waiting to be cleared.
The Emotion Code can clear these easily and the results can be life-changing.
How does it work?
Trapped emotions are identified using specific questioning and muscle testing (kinesiology). The process of identifying a trapped emotion brings it into your consciousness so it can be released with intention. You may experience a memory or feeling when the emotion is identified and it has the chance to be acknowledged and released. Magnetic energy helps the release.
The Emotion Code can be used for many types of issues - physical, mental, emotional, or social. This technique can help with problems that you have had for a long time or that other treatments haven't been able to shift.
Sessions can be in person or online and will usually include some type of coaching if that's helpful.


What happens in a session?
Sessions are 60 minutes and the number of emotions cleared will vary from 20 to 500!
Emotions are cleared depending on what is most needed and many different areas or issues can be covered.
While your session may include some coaching when appropriate, it differs from a coaching session in that you can sit back while the practitioner does the work. You can ask questions at any time.
At the end of the session, you may experience feelings of calm and lightness or tiredness depending on what has been cleared and what still needs to integrate and process. You may notice shifts immediately or it may be more gradual and accumulative. Every person is different and every healing experience is unique.
