How it will work:
We'll have a minimum of two sessions.
First, we'll get clear on what the issue or goal is and what is needing to change. We'll understand what is going on under the surface and what will help achieve the outcome you desire.
During the hypnotherapy session, you’ll feel relaxed and will be completely aware of what is going on around you.
Depending on what you need, I'll use a number of tools and therapies to help you achieve successful results.
